Notes |
From Tommy McDonald: "I bought the car in 86. The body was attached to the frame. I've done lots of fiber work on the car to beef up the body and to align it all up. Reinforced doors (great design) and head light units. Had it ready for paint about 2 years ago and was sitting in the garage on a stool looking at the side and rear of the car and thought, Man the rear of the car was just butt ugly. I took a saws-all and cut off the whole rear of the car from the center of the wheel-well back. Just finishing it. It looks incredible. Its all done in fiberglass. What a pain. Putting on the finishing touches and hope to have it completed by summer 2001. I've got about 1000+ hrs in it so far."
The car was up for sale near the end of 2009 / beginning of 2010 and presumed sold. |
