This section is to be followed if you are using the Neal Racing Pedal Assembly offered by Manta Cars.

The brake and clutch pedals attach to the chassis at the front floor cross-member, mounting bosses are already positioned for mounting the pedals in the proper location.

The clutch pedal will be located toward the extreme left side and will rest between the two bosses provided on the chassis.

Use a ½" bolt provided with the pedal assembly to mount it. The brake pedal will be located just to the right of the clutch pedal and fit over the mounting boss provided on the chassis.

Use a ½" bolt provided with the pedal assembly to mount it. The throttle pedal will be located on the flat plate just to the right of the plate gusset. It will be necessary to mark and drill two holes to mount the pedal to the plate. Attach the bar extension to the back side of the throttle pedal as pointed out in the Neal pedal instructions. This is where the cable will connect to at the pedal.

Route the cable through the center of the car and tie up to the insulated water lines. Run the cable all the way back to the carburetor on the motor and attach to the carb linkage. You must make some cable casing end mounts for your application.

Attach the pedals to the master cylinder bar linkages. Adjust the brake bias bar (on the pedal) so it is centered in the pedal and the screw has the same amount extended on each side of the pedal.

This is a good starting point with the adjustment (front to rear braking ratio). Final adjustment will be covered later in the last section.
