Chassis Components

1. Drive train components

a) GM X car 2.8 litre V6 engine (Chevy Citation, Olds Omega or Buick Skylark)
b) Transaxle - Automatic or 4 speed GM X car Front wheel drive type
c) Axles, hub carriers, hubs, brake caliper and rotors are GM X car type

2. Front Suspension

a) Mustang II or Pinto suspension and brake components 1974 to 1978
b) Rack and pinion steering - 1973 Pinto only

3. Steering column - 1976 Chevrolet Camaro tilt unit (floor shift)

4. Wheels and tires

a) Front wheels 14" x 6’ Pinto bolt pattern (4 on 4 ¼") standard offset
b) Rear wheels 15" x 9" or 15" x 10" Chevy bolt pattern (5 on 4 ¾") (update as of Feb ’84)
c) Front tires 245 - 50 x 14" B.F. Goodrich radial T.A.
d) Rear tires 295 - 50 x 15" B.F. Goodrich radial T.A.

6. Koni coil over shocks

8. Horn - Any style 12 volt horn is usable (Be sure to use a horn relay switch in-line)

10. Brake lines - 1/8 inverted flare type

Body Components

1. Headlights - GM headlight buckets (modified by Manta Cars) Headlights are standard sealed beam rectangular high and low beam units.

2. Tail lights are 1978 Chevy Monza

3. Door handles are Datsun 280Z

4. Windshield wiper motor and drive is Lucas type, found in MGs and Triumphs

5. Windshield wiper arms and blades are standard Amoco replacement units
