Listed below is the sequential order that the interior is to be installed.

1. Install the foam pieces to the arm rests and console.

2. Install the vinyl coverings to each arm rest.

3. Install the vinyl coverings to the console.

4. Install the firewall vinyl covering (already sewn and padded).

5. Install the carpet over the tunnel, under the dash.

6. Install the carpet on the side door wells.

7. Install the carpet on the front firewall.

8. Install the carpet on the floors.

If all of the pieces are installed in this order, the overlaps of the pieces will be proper.

The headliner, dash and door panels are already installed at the factory for your convenience. The remaining upholstery will have to be installed by you.

First, you should separate all of the foam pieces and locate their position in the interior. There should be three pieces of foam for each arm rest, two sides and top. Next, there should be thre pieces for the center console and two sides and a top.

The foam is already cut to shape so determining their position should be easy.

Use either a spray-on adhesive, like a contact cement or a brush-on. Preferably, a spray-on as you can apply a coat more evenly.

Coat the part evenly with glue and the side of the foam that will make contact. Allow glue to set up before applying the foam. Do not apply wet. Using this procedure, install all of the foam pieces in place. Allow about 1 hour drying time.

Before actually gluing the vinyl pieces into place, slip them over the fam pices and check the fit. Align the seams just to see how they are supposed to fit. After doing this, then turn the vinyl inside out and apply the glue in a thin and even coat on the inside of the vinyl piece and to the foam.

Starting in the center of the vinyl piece, attach and align the seams. Slowly work towards the outside of the piece so as not to create air bubbles under the vinyl. Also, be sure and stretch the vinyl as tight ass possible when attaching it to the foam. This procedure makes for the best results of finished product.

Repeat the gluing process with all of the pieces to be installed.

FOR BEST RESULTS: BE SURE THAT THE GLUE SETS UP TO A TACKY CONDITION BEFORE ATTACHING THE INTERIOR PIECES - DO NOT ATTACH WHEN WET.
